Our fees depend on the type of service. For property listings, either our service is paid directly by the landlord (at no cost to you), or we add Scoot. service fees on top of the rent. Or our full relocation service, where we personally manage the property search and settling-in process, we charge service fees that vary depending on the destination and the scope of the research.
Not necessarily. Many of our listings can be booked remotely with virtual tours and video calls. However, if you prefer an in-person visit, our local agents can arrange viewings and accompany you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
We work closely with verified partners to ensure quality. If any issue arises, our team steps in to mediate and find a resolution. Cancellation policies vary by property, but we always prioritize protecting our clients and can help you find alternative accommodation quickly.
